It is located on the western tip of Bellevue and the eastern shore of Lake Washington and is home to fewer than 500 residents Given its proximity to Lake Washington, there is easy access to many different water activitities. It is an attractive place for people to live due to the fact that it is located 3 miles away from downtown Bellevue and 10 miles away from downtown Seattle. There is also easy access to nearby cities since it is located near the State Route 520 floating bridge and Interstate 405.
