Duvall, incorporated in 1913, is one of the fastest growing communities in the state with a population of about 5,925. The city still preserves its history and tradition as a logging community to this day, witnessed by many of its historical buildings. It has a total area of about 1,409 acres and is located on State Route 203. It is 25 miles northeast of Seattle and 20 minutes away from Redmond, halfway between Monroe and Carnation. It has become a popular city for commuters given its location to major cities and its affordable housing costs. It is also popular area for those who want to conduct business in a small town setting.
