Clyde Hill, a small residential community surrounded by larger cities such as Seattle and Bellevue, was incorporated in 1953. It is also known as one of the “Point Cities.” It is well known for it’s spectacular views of Lake Washington, Mount Rainier, the Olympic Mountains, Cascade Mountain range and the Seattle skyline. The city has an area of about 667 acres and a population of about 2890.
